Free shipping
We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched from Lithuania (European Union). In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (24 hours). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Every order ships free, wherever you are.
Delivery estimates
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates based on our carrier's typical transit times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll include a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order on its way.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, in line with our Refund Policy.
